Using your Hali Basin Mixer is easy. Simply turn the Pin Lever to control the water flow and temperature. For cold water, turn it counter - clockwise, and for hot water, turn it clockwise. When not in use, make sure to turn off the lever completely to avoid water wastage. To keep your mixer in top condition, clean it regularly with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the brushed gold finish. Check the water pressure occasionally; if it seems low, it might be due to the aerator getting clogged.
